BCXMET

Your private life deserves more than an unexplained warning. BCXMET is an Android security product under development, aiming to help people review suspicious behavior with evidence, clear limits and informed next steps. V43 is DESIGN INTENT / DEVELOPMENTAL, not a released-version claim. This website provides no live scanning or protection.

Evidence-governed design / In development

How the spine applies here

BCXMET is designed to explain Android security observations before proposing a response. A changed permission is a reason to investigate—not proof of malware.

The framework would qualify mobile evidence, compare expected changes with adversarial explanations, and check current Android permissions and human authority before a bounded action. The phone, radar and scan cards here share simulated fixtures; they do not scan, block or protect a device.

The aim is simple: know the source, test alternative explanations and keep permission separate from persuasion. Independent checks must support consequential claims. Approval must be current, limited in scope and withdrawable before an action—not after it.

EVIDENCE → QUALIFICATION → REALITY → AUTHORITY → EFFECT

  2. 02

    Qualification

  3. 03

    Reality

  4. 04

    Authority

  5. 05

    Effect

    What happened within bounds?

History is not permission.

A past observation stays in the record. A present action needs current, scoped authorization. Missing, stale or unverified evidence never counts as PASS. UNKNOWN ≠ SAFE.

A system must never be its own sole witness.

Independent support must be demonstrated, not assumed from agreement between models. Unresolved checks mean HOLD → human review. ORB MOTION AUTHORITY = NONE; colors, wheels and zoom provide presentation only.

DESIGN INTENT / DEVELOPMENTAL · This public explanation does not establish operational gates, independently verified product performance or autonomous authority.

SIMULATED EXAMPLE · NO LIVE DEVICE DATA

Command Center / Spam & Scam Call Blocker

#1 · Preview: review a simulated bank-impersonation call

What it can do · design intent
Help review suspicious call cues and a proposed blocking choice. No calls are received or blocked by this website.
How it works · concept
Compare the claimed caller identity, requested urgency and independent corroboration. Caller ID alone is not proof; legitimate calls can be misclassified.
Permissions required · proposed
An Android call-screening role and user approval would be needed for actual blocking. Availability depends on OS/device restrictions; no phone or call-log permission is requested here.
Supported / under development
Working website interaction: simulated scenario and evidence drill-down. Android call screening, blocking and efficacy are UNDER DEVELOPMENT / NOT VERIFIED.
Example evidence
Authored fixture call-A: a fictional caller claims to be a bank and requests a recovery code. No phone number, recording or real call metadata is used. Source identity remains unknown.
Next review
Do not disclose codes. End the real conversation yourself and contact the bank through an independently verified channel. This preview performs no blocking.
Qualification
SIMULATED / NOT ESTABLISHED. No independent witness or device observations are attached. Missing, stale or unresolved evidence never counts as PASS.
Authority
Historical review is not current permission. Any effect would require fresh evidence and current human authorization. This demo performs no consequential action.

The product

A warning should come with a reason.

A changed permission, an unfamiliar app or a convincing caller can leave you unsure what to trust. BCXMET aims to make the evidence and its limits readable. These are simulated workflows, not a verified Android beta release or complete protection.

No AI model becomes authoritative evidence merely by saying something. Independent challenge and verification inform decisions; people retain authority over consequential action.

Activity is the evidence trail

The proposed Activity view would keep observations, changes and supporting evidence together. Here those records are authored examples. The Orb shows simulated state; it never decides whether your device is safe.

DESIGN INTENT: routine spam-call blocks may briefly illuminate the Orb; serious alerts may use a fuller comet transition. Reduced-motion presentation remains static. ORB MOTION AUTHORITY = NONE; there is no return edge into security authority. These are proposed behaviors, not released protection or runtime claims.

    Malware & Suspicious App Detection

    ?

An example app requests unexpected access. Inspect evidence without turning suspicion into a verdict.

    Evidence, permissions & limitations
What it can do · design intent
Explain suspicious app signals and their limits. A permission difference is not proof of malware; no installed app is scanned here.
    How it works · concept
Review source identity, permission changes and independently checked evidence. An expected update is a competing interpretation.
    Permissions required · proposed
App visibility and any optional usage/accessibility access require scope review and explicit consent. Broad privileges are not assumed or requested. Android restrictions may limit available observations.
    Supported / under development
Working website interaction: authored app fixture and evidence review. Malware detection, app inspection and security efficacy are UNDER DEVELOPMENT / NOT VERIFIED.
    Example evidence
Authored fixture app-B requests an unexpected permission. No app inventory, executable, package hash or live reputation source is attached; qualification stays unresolved.

Deep Scan / Premium Scan · Design intent

    Transparency is the feature.

The proposed deeper scan would say what it examined, what it missed and what remains unknown—not compress everything into a comforting score. It is not available here. Payment would never change objective security truth.

Checked and not checked remain separate. Clean only describes the examined scope.

Attention calls for review. Unknown stays unknown. Limitations and supporting evidence travel with each result.

These are engineering directions, not completed capabilities or release qualification results.

    Admit evidence carefully

Check where an observation came from, how recent it is and whether it belongs in this review. Missing support should stop a proposed response—not become reassurance.

    Make the experience accountable

Keep each observation, interpretation and proposed response distinct. A reviewer should be able to retrace the basis; old evidence must never be described as CURRENT.

    Verify independently

Follow evidence toward a conclusion, then trace the proposed result back to its sources through separate checks. Agreement within one system is not independent proof.

    Integrate with controlled authority

A proposal is not permission. Current scope, Android permissions and human approval must be checked before a consequential step. These requirements still need independent validation.

Android phishing and suspicious app permissions: what to check

General guidance from public sources. BCXMET is in development; this page's demonstrations are simulated and do not protect your device.

    BCXMET early-access updates

Register interest in future testing—not a place in an available beta. The form states whether a confirmation email was sent; stored interest alone does not enroll you. No public beta, download or device protection is active today.

How can I tell if a text or call is a phishing attempt?
Common signs include urgency or threats, requests for codes, passwords or payment, unexpected links, and a sender who cannot be verified through a channel you already trust. Contact the organization using a number or app you found yourself, not one supplied in the message.
Which Android app permissions deserve a closer look?
Permissions that reach sensitive data or control—SMS, call logs, contacts, location, microphone, camera, accessibility services and device administration—deserve review when they do not match what the app obviously does. A permission alone is not proof of harm; it is a reason to ask why.
How do I review or remove an app's permissions on Android?
Android lets you view and change permissions per app in Settings, and Google Play Protect can check installed apps. Exact menus vary by device and Android version; the linked Android Help pages describe current steps.
Does BCXMET protect my phone today?
No. BCXMET is an Android security product in development. The demonstrations on this site are simulated and do not block calls, scan apps or read data from your device. Keep using your phone's built-in protections.
What does 'evidence-first' mean for mobile security?
It means showing what was checked, what was not checked, how fresh the information is, and what remains unknown—so 'unknown' is never presented as 'safe' and a person decides on consequential actions.

Help us earn the next claim.

BCXMET seeks thoughtful beta interest and independent security review. Human authority remains the boundary for consequential action.
